Spend 40 minute with us via Zoom. Let's talk through your ideal birth, discuss your birth team, set goals for your labor, create a customized visual birth plan, and work through some exercises and comfort measures that will help create space in your body for baby. Think of this as an opportunity to ask anything that's been keeping you up at night. After the meeting, we will send you a copy of your custom birth plan, along with a list of our favorite resources, printable Birth Untamed affirmations cards, our favorite birth playlist, and a few journal prompts to work through as you wait for baby's arrival. Worried you'll forget to ask something in your 40 minutes? Along with your virtual meeting, we offer 10 days of follow up email support. Ask away!
